1. What ScotlandFans is
ScotlandFans is an independent directory of publicly available OnlyFans profiles belonging to creators based in or from Scotland. We are not affiliated with the platform or its operator, and we do not host, store or sell adult content of any kind.
2. Adults only (18+)
This site is intended exclusively for adults. By entering and using ScotlandFans you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
3. Using the directory
All material on ScotlandFans — profile descriptions, images, pricing and city listings — is provided for information only. Following an external link takes you off our site, and anything you do there is governed by that platform's own terms, not ours.
4. Creator submissions
By submitting a listing through the Add profile form you warrant that the profile is your own (or that you are authorised to act for its owner) and that the details you provide are accurate. We review submissions before publishing and may decline or remove any listing at our discretion.
5. Accuracy and liability
We keep the directory as current as we reasonably can, but creators change their pages, prices and availability without telling us. ScotlandFans accepts no liability for the content of external platforms or for information that has gone out of date.
6. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from your use of ScotlandFans, are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction.
